UNDER THE HOOD
Discovery
Distributed stack, name resolution, and protocol independence.
In MAD, the vertical communication stack layers are segregated. The stack is also distributed to the endpoint on activation. The endpoint prior to the communication does not need to contain any protocol, libraries or pre-defined program behaviour.
Protocol independence
RTW is protocol independent. The service owner decides their own protocol. An implementation may use common Internet transports such as TCP/IP, HTTPS, and websocket, so an endpoint can connect using a native TCP connection and send or receive data. That is a possible implementation choice, not a requirement of the architecture.
Information about how data is structured lives on each . This site does not publish encodings or command tables.
Name resolution
How an RTW name resolves to a network resource, how that relates to conventional DNS, and whether an existing internet domain can be attached are not answered in the current source. Those questions belong with an implementation’s naming system, not as invented protocol here.
